I’m going to be honest dear Reader,
I didn’t know what to write in today’s moonletter…
‘Tis the season for everyone to bombard your inbox with their Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday deals; and personally, I’m tired of those emails.
So I didn’t want to add to that noise.
Yet at the same time, I do want to create some offers that would allow us to work together at a reduced cost. Because maybe money’s tight, but that doesn’t mean you don’t deserve the powerful shifts of energy healing. Or the homecoming of a completely personalized meditation practice (which is actually on sale, 33% off until it’s no longer being offered: Jan 1st, 2025).

This is the paradox, isn’t it?

The tension of two truths, distinct yet inseparable.
On one side, the noise of the season—a chorus of urgency that feels anything but sacred. On the other, the call to extend an offering, to create space for connection and growth, even amidst the chaos.
These two truths sit together like two sides of the same coin, inviting me to navigate the space between honouring quiet and sharing what might serve you.
I’ve been reflecting on paradox a lot lately.
This year has been a huge reclaiming of the word: AND

For me, AND has become a quiet revolution.

Where BUT used to sever, to choose one truth at the expense of another, AND creates space. It invites wholeness, nuance, the messy coexistence of what might seem contradictory.
BUT says “this or that.” AND says “both, together.”
It’s been a practice of softening—allowing complexity instead of rejecting it, letting seemingly opposing truths hold hands and tell a fuller story.
I’m working on writing and recording a guided meditation specifically surrounding this skill and practice of expanding tolerance for paradox.

Because life is paradox. Growth and grief, hope and uncertainty, endings and beginnings—these things are never as separate as they seem.

Expanding our tolerance for paradox is what allows us to hold the fullness of our experiences without breaking them into pieces that feel more manageable but less true.
It’s a foundation for spiritual growth, where the infinite complexity of existence isn’t something to resolve but to honour.
It nurtures emotional resilience, helping us stay present even when things feel contradictory or unclear.

And in a world as beautifully complex as ours, it’s an essential practice for understanding ourselves, others, and the interconnected web of it all.

Anyways, if you’ve been thinking about booking a session, grabbing a reading, or working with me one on one, you can check a few offers out directly below my signature 😘
I’ll be back in your inbox around the December full moon.
Sending love,
